Agency Chief Tasked With Protecting Government Networks From Cyber Attacks Resigns

I would not want those shoes, well Randy Vickers’ shoes anyway, or even his replacemen­t. You see, now we are standing by, to see if his replacemen­t can counteract this recent breach of federal government networks’ security. If his replacemen­t fails, we may have a serious problem on our hands. And trust me, if his replacemen­t fails, I believe our very government will be looking at punishing hackers severely, just to steer the attention away from its security failures. But that’s just pessimisti­c talk on my behalf. I sincerely hope we succeed.
